Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, we get it ready within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we always work as fast as we can.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum. No codes needed.
Delivery Time
Your comforter set will arrive within 8 to 15 days after your order ships. You will get a tracking email the moment it leaves our warehouse so you always know where it is.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package all the way to your door.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost on the way to you, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Just reach out to us and we will take care of it right away.
Packaging
Your comforter set is packed carefully to arrive in perfect condition. We also do our best to use packaging that is kind to the environment.
