How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at contact@hair-haven.com with your order number and let us know what happened. We will process your refund back to your original payment method quickly.
Do You Need to Send It Back?
No. You do not need to return the comforter set to get your refund. We trust you.
Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will send you a replacement right away at no extra cost. Just email us with a photo and your order number and we will sort it out immediately.
Shipping Costs
